Chicago Open Initiative Quantum Undergraduate Fellowship

The application information is:
Apply online by February 11, 2022. Awardees will be notified of acceptance to the program by March 1, 2022.  Flyer is attached in Spanish and English

A completed application consists of the following:
– 2 letters of reference
– a 300-500-word “statement of interest” describing your personal goals and how you believe this fellowship experience could help you achieve those goals
-an official or unofficial transcript uploaded to the application
